Product Summary
SKT551/18E is a capsule thyristors. It is widely used in DC motor control (e.g. for machine tools), control rectifiers (e.g. for battery charging), AC controllers(e.g. for temperature control) and recommended snubber network. The Vrsm is 1900V and the Vrrm/Vdrm is 1800V when Itrms=1200A(maximum value for continuous operation) Itav=550A(sin. 180; DSC; tC=85℃)。
